ABOUT THE ROLE

As our global footprint expands, delivering localized, culturally resonant, and high-quality content is critical to our user experience. We’re looking for a Localization Lead to build and scale our localization function, ensuring our product, content, and communications resonate deeply with users around the world.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and execute the end-to-end localization strategy across product, marketing, customer-facing content.
  • Define and evangelize localization best practices across the organization.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Support to enable global readiness.
  • Own and manage localization roadmaps, priorities, timelines, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate with regional teams to ensure timely delivery and cultural appropriateness of localized content.
  • Establish scalable localization workflows leveraging automation tools where applicable.
  • Create feedback loops with in-market stakeholders to continuously improve translation quality and tone.
  • Define tone, style, and terminology guidelines for each locale.
  • Establish linguistic QA processes, including reviews, in-context testing, and user feedback loops.
  • Support the coordination of external language vendors, agencies, and freelancers.
