Description

We are looking for a project coordinator to support daily project operations by managing tasks, ensuring quality, and maintaining client communication. Responsibilities: Accept, run, and submit tasks daily, ensuring adherence to project timelines and client expectations. Oversee project quality assurance by coordinating with linguists and promptly addressing feedback to maintain high-quality deliverables. Create new projects in the project management system (Raspberry) as required Manage and close purchase orders (POs) for each submitted task to ensure proper documentation and billing. Respond to client emails promptly, ensuring efficient communication. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in translation, linguistics, or a related field. 0-1 year of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in English (both written and verbal). Proficient in software and tools; fluency in multiple languages is advantageous.
