Job Title: Localization Talent Manager Scope: Responsible for providing project-fit freelance talents for various projects Responsibilities: Providing the suitable freelance talents for the assigned projects through: Finding suitable resources internally from our database through checking the availability of the required resources, matching the project requirements, then connecting the resource to the project manager. Finding suitable resources externally from external portals by searching for resources (talents) in freelance websites (Upwork, American translation association . etc.) according to project details, coordinating for the assessment, rate, registration, and connecting the resource to the project manager. Support the freelance talents and update their status: Guide and support freelance talents ( how to access profile, receive and upload the translated files, and how to submit his invoice etc.) Update freelancers profiles Qualifications: 0 to 3 years of relevant experience Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software. Responsibilities

Responsible for sourcing and matching suitable freelance talents for localization projects from internal databases and external portals. Provides ongoing support to freelancers regarding profile management, file uploads, and invoicing.
