JOB SUMMARY

As a Project Manager at Future Group, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your role will involve coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and communicating with clients to meet project specifications and expectations.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Translation, or any related field.
• 1-3 years of proven working experience in vendor management, preferably in the localization or translation industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
• Recruitment certificates/courses (a plus).
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Providing the suitable freelance talents for the assigned projects through:

• Finding suitable resources internally from our database through checking the availability of the required resources, matching the project requirements, then connecting the resource to the project manager.
• Finding suitable resources externally from external portals by searching for resources (talents) in freelance websites (Upwork, American translation association …. etc.) according to project details, coordinating for the assessment, rate, registration, and connecting the resource to the project manager.

Support the freelance talents and update their status:

• Guide and support freelance talents (how to access profile, receive and upload the translated files, and how to submit his invoice… etc.)
• Update freelancers profiles
