Job Description Aumovio Engineering Solutions (AES) Portugal is seeking a Head of Human Relations to join our team in Porto, Portugal. This key position will drive our HR strategy, foster a high-performance culture, and align our people practices with organizational goals. Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support AES Portugal's business objectives Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, ensuring excellence in all HR functions Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational development and change management initiatives Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning strategies Design and manage performance management systems Ensure compliance with Portuguese labor laws, EU employment directives, and company policies Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions Manage employee relations Collaborate with global AES HR teams to align local practices with corporate strategies Qualifications University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including a HR leadership role Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies Strong knowledge of Portuguese labor laws, EU employment directives, and HR best practices Experience working in multinational or global organizations Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making Demonstrated ability to manage change and drive organizational development Experience in talent management, performance systems, and employee engagement Business acumen and ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals Fluency in Portuguese and English Additional Information Ready to take your career to the next level?
