Description

Excellent opportunity for a new grad! Reporting to the Manager of Operations, the successful candidate will lead, motivate, educate, and is responsible for the overall effective and successful management of all client services staff, systems, practices, and communication for our Leitrim location. This individual holds the responsibility of forming and maintaining client relationships and is the lead on-site for day-to-day operations within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivers an exceptional client experience, this is a customer-facing role.
  • Manages calendars, schedules and day-to-day deliverables
  • Monitors and coordinates responses to messages received in The Fitness Lab’s general communications inbox and other community inquiries/comments/feedback
  • Supports internal communications amongst staff
  • Supports onboarding of new staff with preparation of formal documents and access to company-wide resources and benefits
  • Maintains contact information of The Fitness Lab’s stakeholders and community partners
  • Maintains files, documents and centralizes all communications tools under standard operating procedures
  • Supports locations with ordering of all inventory product, office and gym supplies
  • Other duties as required

Education and Certifications:

  • Minimum Requirement: Post-secondary school diploma in Office Administration, Communications or related field.
  • An acceptable combination of education, training and relevant work experience may serve as an alternative to meet the minimum education standard.

Hours and Salary:

  • 32 - 40 hours per week - candidate must have availability to accommodate additional on-call hours (evenings and weekends)
