While the organization strongly prefers an individual with direct experience in location or branch management, they are also very open to considering candidates with a background in Agronomy Sales, as their management roles include a significant sales component. Additionally, an experienced applicator who is ready to take the next step into leadership will also be considered, provided they bring the right combination of initiative, professionalism, and leadership potential.
