Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and hands on Location Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa while also managing front-of-house reception. This is a dynamic leadership role for someone who thrives in both guest-facing hospitality and operational management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee all day-to-day spa operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Welcome and assist guests at reception, handling bookings, check-ins, and check-outs.
  • Lead and support a small team of therapists and staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence.
  • Monitor and maintain spa facilities, ensuring all areas meet luxury standards.
  • Manage scheduling.
  • Uphold service standards while addressing guest concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Be available for on-call needs and flexible scheduling, including at least one weekend day.
