We are currently seeking a Location Manager to lead our Northwest and Carson City locations with purpose and excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A passion for high-quality coffee and creating meaningful guest experiences.
• Proven leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or the specialty coffee industry.
• A strong understanding of operational metrics such as COGS and labor percentages.
• A mindset aligned with our values of intentionality, hospitality, and the relentless pursuit of excellence.
• Food Protection Manager certification is a plus; required within 30 days of hire.
