THE JOB:

HOYTS are looking for a natural leader to be our next LOCATION MANAGER! In this role you will oversee the cinema operations, ensure customer satisfaction and drive the business forward. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a large team within the entertainment industry. The Location Manager is a full-time gig within the Cinema Operations Department. You will constantly look for a better way to do things and while no two days are the same, your duties will include:

  • Empowering and leading staff members to go above and beyond for guests
  • Financial management including maximising revenue streams, budgeting, forecasting etc
  • Identifying and implementing processes to improve customer experience and satisfaction
  • Managing daily operations to ensure profitability and achievement of KPIs
  • Adherence to HR, WHS and Risk Management policies and laws

ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for an experienced leader who is team focused and results orientated. You will lead by example; be team focused and have a genuine passion for delivering great guest experiences. This role is very fast paced and needs a professional who can work under pressure. We are looking for:

  • 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • An innovative thinker with a can-do attitude to drive the business forward
  • Someone results driven, comfortable working to KPIs and targets
  • Familiarity with audio visual equipment, including film projection desirable
  • A highly motivated individual with the ability to work unsupervised
  • Excellent communication skills with guests, employees and stakeholders
