This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in maintaining an organized and efficient storefront. Position Overview The Location Performance Associate works at the front counter assisting customers both in person and over the phone. This individual plays a key role in maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and properly merchandised storefront while supporting daily operational and shipping needs. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales Support Learn product lines to assist customers accurately and professionally Wait on customers at the front counter Answer incoming calls and provide product assistance Process orders using the company computer system per procedure Follow up with customers in a timely manner Load customers' merchandise upon completion of sale Contact customers regarding will-call orders Inventory & Merchandising Identify empty bins and restock according to stocking schedule Update bin locations as necessary Police and correct misplaced product Assist with unloading inbound trucks Support inventory counts as requested Identify seasonal products and transition displays accordingly Arrange orderly merchandising displays and adjust bin locations as needed Storefront & Operational Maintenance Maintain a neat, clean, and professional front counter area Ensure inventory is properly put away File paperwork accurately and organize materials appropriately Clean and maintain the storefront according to schedule Complete additional projects as assigned If you are dependable, hardworking, and take pride in providing excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply.
