Location Relationship Manager   Department Digital Banking Location PAN India Reporting to Regional Relationship Manager Position Grade  M2/M3   Job Role:   State-Level Responsibility * Assigned to a state based on approved manpower distribution and business requirements. * Act as the primary enablement and support interface for alternate channel field teams in the assigned geography. Field Team Engagement * Work closely with last-mile field teams / channel partners to drive sourcing momentum. * Conduct regular on-ground and virtual interactions to review performance and provide guidance. Training & Enablement * Train field teams on 811 product sourcing, eligibility norms, documentation, and process adherence. * Enable teams on cross-sell processes and effective product positioning. * Ensure adoption of updates related to policies, campaigns, and process changes. Business Support & Query Resolution * Address and resolve business, process, and operational queries raised by field teams. * Liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth closures and resolution of escalations. Productivity & Performance Drive * Monitor productivity metrics and take action to improve sourcing efficiency and conversions. * Identify gaps and implement corrective measures to enhance field performance. Target Achievement & Incentive Awareness * Drive achievement of monthly sourcing and cross-sell targets for the assigned state. * Ensure field teams are well-informed about incentive structures, schemes, and campaigns to improve motivation and performance.       Job Requirement:   * Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline * 3–7 years of experience in banking, financial services, sales enablement, alternate channels, or distribution management * Prior experience in managing geographically dispersed field teams is preferred.
