Job Description The purpose of this position is to act as a key link between location associates and HRBP and business manages and leaders. SPOC for all initiatives at the location. First point of contact for people topics at the location. The role is often administrative and process-oriented also involves facilitating support to HRBP for projects and data analytics, coordination of any special initiatives. First point of contact for all the associates queries Ensure queries are well coordinated for resolution and is close looped Closely work with HRBP for sharing and receiving inputs related to queries from associates Coordinate, maintain, and update tracker for the topics coming up in the location Support the HRBP team in implementing strategic HR initiatives and policies that align with business objectives. Location intelligence to be shared with HRBP and location Group leaders. Plan and deploy engagement initiatives - calendar the event together with location task force. Work together with Group leaders, task force, HRBP on measures for various initiatives at the location /overall GS until closure and close looping is completed. Measures to lead towards associates' retention BPC Survey target is achieved at the location. Employee Journey Deploy and engage associates to provide positive experience during the employee life cycle, grievance and escalation management. Prepare and conduct new employee orientations measurement from journey experience Rewards and Recognition Coordinate with HRBP for R & R initiatives at the location (One time award, Annual R&R etc.,) YoY improvement in utilization of R&R Data Analysis Assist HRBP in the analysis of data, data keeping and tracking trends. Ownership for the data and present the information for the location as MSR. .
