ABOUT US:

Intencity opened its first Family Entertainment Centre (FEC) in 1995 and was wholly acquired by Village Roadshow Limited in 1999. We operate closely with Village Cinemas and Warner Village Theme Parks.
Intencity can be found in 5 FEC’s locations along the East Coast of Australia (including Adelaide and Tasmania), as well as over 65 game foyer locations. We have a vast array of classic and contemporary video, prize and skill tester games that appeal to children, teenagers and adults alike.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:

• Always Providing exceptional customer service
• General duties, including accurate cash handling and reporting;
• The cleaning and maintaining of store presentation and hygiene levels including games and floors
• Queue management, including floor patrol and crowd control;
• Hosting of group bookings, Supersessions and Parties;
• Correcting minor games faults in accordance with training/competency level and reporting faults that require a technician;
• Other duties as specified by your manager.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Intencity Sunshine team and be part of the fun that is the entertainment industry!
As the Location Support Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly at site. Supporting our interstate Location Manager, you’ll step in wherever needed, acting as a senior team member while guiding and supporting your fellow team members.
