Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting into the Head Chef / Sous Chef
  • Role model the company values and behaviours at all times: Hospitality, Passion, Trustworthiness, Excellence, Stewardship, Kindness
  • You will need a passion for producing food to the highest standard
  • The ability to follow food specifications
  • To work adhering to all Food Safety and Policy Standards
  • Be motivated to ensure our food and hygiene standards are consistently high
  • Assisting in the preparation of menu dishes
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene
  • Preparing the ingredients for the other Chefs in the team
  • Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
  • Deal with deliveries and stock rotation

Experience/Skills Required:

  • Chef experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Has a “can do” attitude
  • Enjoy being part of a team
