Description Role. As part of the Lock Desk Support, this position is required to monitor Lock Desk Technology platforms for incoming Duties. The Lock Desk Support shall have the following duties, subject to change at the discretion of radius: This position is required to process the above requests according to the Lock Desk Workflows associated with each task. This position will be required to provide loan level pricing analytics to the appropriate Approval Authority for pricing exception decisioning. This position is also required to maintain communications with the Central Disclosure and Closing Teams as needed, to ensure they are alerted to any Lock Desk activity that may trigger the need for Disclosure as mandated by TRID. This position must also be responsible for maintaining data integrity for all Lock Desk related information generated from or input into the Lock Desk Technology platforms for the purposes of reporting and compliance. Skills and Responsibilities. High School Diploma or equivalent Familiarity with industry compliance and regulatory requirements Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills Adaptable and solution-oriented under pressure Experience in a fast-paced or growing mortgage company Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills Passion for creating a great borrower and team experience All employees are responsible for being familiar with and able to recognize common fraud scenarios or outright instances of fraud and reporting any reasonably suspected fraud to his/her direct manager and the AML Officer.
