SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of lockbox, banking operations, or payment processing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented Lockbox Operation Analyst to support our payment processing operations. This role is responsible for handling client reports, lockbox processing, balancing, and bounced check reconciliation to ensure all transactions are completed accurately and on time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and reconcile daily lockbox transactions and client payments.
• Print, review, and distribute client production and balancing reports.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies, errors, and rejects.
• Process bounced checks, adjustments, and correspondence with accuracy.
• Maintain detailed logs of processed, updated, and rejected transactions.
• Collaborate with the Payment Processing group and other teams to resolve issues.
