Every detail you manage—from the fresh towels to the polished shoes—helps shape the exceptional experience our members expect. What you will do? Be the first smile of the day: Greet members and guests warmly, making them feel right at home. Keep everything pristine: Showers, restrooms, vanities, changing areas—you’ll maintain them all at the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation. Stock up on comfort: Make sure every towel, robe, and toiletry is available, spotless, and ready for use. Laundry made seamless: Collect, clean, fold, and restock linens promptly so our members never have to wait. Add the finishing touch: Operate the shoe-shine service with precision and pride. Be the eyes and ears: Spot maintenance issues or safety hazards and ensure they’re resolved quickly. Protect privacy and security: Always respect our members’ belongings and confidentiality. Bring the team spirit: Support special events and jump in where needed to make the member experience unforgettable. What are we looking for? A friendly, professional attitude with excellent communication skills. A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to cleanliness. The ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment. Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility — including weekends and holidays. English proficiency Previous hospitality or luxury service experience is a bonus, but passion and dedication matter most.
