DESCRIPTION

St. Vincent’s University Hospital is inviting applications for the following Locum Consultant in Plastics, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery positions:
These positions offer the chance to join a dynamic and highly skilled team within one of Ireland’s leading academic teaching hospitals.
1. The first contract is a Whole-Time, Specified Purpose position (37 hours/week), with Temporary Initiative Funding confirmed until 31st December 2025. An immediate start is required, and the successful candidate will work under the Public Only Consultant Contract 2023 (POCC23).
2. The second contract is Whole-Time (37 hours/week) on a Fixed-Term basis, covering leave in the department from 30th May to 27th June 2025 (inclusive). This post also falls under the POCC23 contract terms.
3. The third contract is a Part-Time, Specified Purpose position (18.5 hours/week), beginning on 1st July 2025 for an initial 12-month period. This post covers a departmental secondment and is offered under the POCC23 framework as well.
