Description We are seeking a local family medicine physician to provide PRN coverage at an onsite health clinic in Machesney Park, Illinois. Coverage is needed for select dates in May and consistent weekday blocks throughout June and July, with potential for ongoing assignments. Highlights Family Medicine: Primary Care/Acute Care Onsite Employer Based Clinic No Call, Outpatient Only PRN 1099 Contract $125/hr Onsite Dispensing Athena EMR Malpractice Coverage Provided Typical Hours Monday/Wednesday: 7am-5pm Tuesday/Thursday: 8am-6pm Friday: 9am-1pm Coverage Dates May 20-22, 26-29 June 1-5, 8-12, 15-19, 22-26 June 29-July 2, 6-10, 13-17, 20-24, 27-31 Requirements Active, Unrestricted Illinois State Medical License Board Certification in Family Medicine Local Providers Only Must see patients ages 2+ BLS Certification Illinois DEA and Dispensing/Prescribing license
