KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the delivery of high-quality patient care within a GP practice setting.
• Conduct NHS Health Checks and support chronic disease management.
• Perform clinical duties such as blood pressure checks, ECGs, phlebotomy, and urinalysis.
• Administer vaccinations (if trained) and assist with wound care.
• Provide health promotion advice and support patients with lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with GPs, nurses, and the wider healthcare team.
