As a Locum MD in Ob/Gyn, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive healthcare services to women, focusing on reproductive health, pregnancy, and childbirth. Your expertise will help us ensure that our patients receive the highest quality care during their visits. Responsibilities Provide high-quality obstetric and gynecological care to patients Conduct routine examinations and screenings Assist in labor and delivery procedures Diagnose and treat various conditions related to women's health Educate patients on reproductive health and preventive care Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Stay current with best practices and advancements in Ob/Gyn Requirements MD degree from an accredited medical school Valid medical license to practice in the state Associate-level experience in obstetrics and gynecology Strong clinical skills in women's health Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Commitment to providing compassionate patient care Knowledge of current medical guidelines and protocols Schedule: 24-hour shifts Delivery Volume: 1,200 annually Level I Trauma Support Staff: Midwives, OB backup, MFM EMR: Epic Must be board-certified Paid travel & expenses
