As part of a leading dental support organisation, you’ll have the backing of a wider network while maintaining your clinical autonomy. • Dedicated marketing support to help maintain a consistent patient flow • Access to clinical advisory and professional support when needed • Experienced teams on the ground, including practice managers and support staff • Centralised recruitment and operational support, so you can focus on patient care • Opportunities to work across multiple practices within a well-established group Job Description Your Responsibilities • Deliver high-quality preventative and periodontal treatment to a large existing patient base • Conduct patient assessments and provide oral hygiene education and preventative care • Perform scaling, debridement, periodontal maintenance, and other hygiene treatments within your scope of practice • Maintain accurate clinical records in line with Australian standards and regulations • Work collaboratively with the wider clinical and administrative team to ensure a positive patient experience • Adapt to different practice environments and systems to support continuity of care The Opportunity • ASAP start with an ongoing locum opportunity available • Monday to Friday roster with no weekend work • Primarily preventative and periodontal treatment due to a large existing patient base • Hygienists will work independently, with Dental Assistant support available for periodontal charting and more involved NSPT appointments • Oral Health Therapists will be supported by a Dental Assistant What’s on Offer • $65 - $85 per hour, based on scope and experience • Travel and accommodation support • Busy and established patient base with consistent workflow • Supportive and experienced clinical and administrative team Qualifications • Current AHPRA registration • Minimum 2 years’ experience practising in Australia preferred • Confident working independently within your scope of practice • Professional indemnity insurance • Strong communication and interpersonal skills Additional Information To learn more or express your interest, please contact: 📧 [email protected] You can also reach out to be added to a weekly update list for locum opportunities across Australia.
