JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. This role requires a thorough understanding of anatomy, medication administration, and experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting is highly desirable. As a Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in enhancing patient outcomes through effective medication management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A valid pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Proven experience in a clinical pharmacy setting; ICU experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to pharmacotherapy.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
  • Demonstrated ability in medication administration and monitoring patient responses to therapy.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of advancements in the field.

    Pay: £30.00-£40.00 per hour
