• Qualified Pharmacy Technician (registered with GPhC)
• Proven experience in a primary care setting (GP surgery or PCN)
• Experience of remote working in pharmacy/primary care
• Proficient in using EMIS Web
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to work independently

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Primary Care Locum Pharmacy Technician to join our remote team. This role is ideal for an independent, motivated professional with a proven background in primary care and remote working.
You will play a key role in supporting GP practices and PCNs by ensuring safe, effective, and efficient medicines management for patients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver high-quality medicines optimisation services remotely
• Manage repeat prescriptions, medication reviews, and medicines queries
• Support GP practices and clinicians in improving prescribing safety and efficiency
• Work confidently with EMIS Web for clinical documentation and workflow
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver best outcomes for patients
