COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS (AGENCY LOCUM):

• Valid Right to Work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.
• Occupational Health clearance (immunisation history including Hep B, TB, MMR, Varicella, COVID-19).
• Up-to-date mandatory training (Fire Safety, Manual Handling, Safeguarding, Infection Control, Equality & Diversity, Information Governance).
• References covering the last 3 years of employment.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide safe, effective, and high-quality clinical care under consultant supervision.
• Manage inpatients, outpatients, and emergency referrals within the specialty.
• Participate in on-call rotas as required.
• Undertake ward rounds, admissions, discharges, and patient reviews.
• Perform and interpret relevant clinical investigations.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Contribute to clinical governance, audit, teaching, and service development.
• Ensure compliance with NHS Trust policies, GMC guidance, and safeguarding responsibilities.
