REQUIREMENTS:

• DVM degree from an accredited veterinary school
• Valid veterinary license
• Proven surgical experience across a range of procedures
• Strong understanding of diagnostics and lab procedures
• Clear, empathetic communication with clients and team
• Calm, compassionate, and confident under pressure

• Perform surgical procedures on dogs, cats, and small animals
• Conduct pre-op evaluations and determine appropriate surgical plans
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patient safety during procedures
• Collaborate with veterinarians, techs, and assistants for full-spectrum care
• Maintain detailed and accurate surgical records
• Stay current with advances in veterinary surgical techniques
• Mentor and support staff on surgical best practices
