Description LEAD DRIVER POSITIONPay:$23.00 – per hour Assist Station Leadership with daily operations. Support onboarding and training of new drivers. Serve as a safety ambassador and role model. Help monitor service quality and operational standards. Assist with fleet readiness and communication between drivers and leadership. Coach and mentor team members while maintaining a professional and positive culture. This is a working leadership position and an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking future advancement into Assistant Station Leader and Station Leader roles.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORMinimum Qualifications: Must be 21 years of age or older. ( under 25 must have professional driving experience) Valid U.S. Driver's License. Clean Background check Clean driving record- No moving violations for 3 years/ no accidents for 3 years Ability to obtain a Non-CDL DOT Medical Card. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Customer-service mindset with a professional attitude. Reliable transportation to and from work. Preferred: Airport transportation experience. Shuttle driving experience. Hospitality experience. Leadership experience (Lead Driver applicants).
