Our mission is to develop, manage, and maintain affordable housing solutions that support sustainable communities.   RVF Core Values:   Collaboration  Authenticity  Resourceful  Engaged  Position Summary:  The Evening Food and Beverage Lodge Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in the lodge's dining and beverage areas during the evening hours. This role includes serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable and satisfying experience.  Key Responsibilities:  1. Guest Service: * Greet guests warmly andassistwith seating arrangements. * Answer any questionsregardingfood and beverage options. * Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuringa high levelof customer satisfaction. * Address any guest concerns or special requests in a professional manner. 2. Cleanliness and Sanitation: * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and beverage areas. * Clean and sanitize tables, counters, and service areas regularly. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all food and beverage operations.  * Restock supplies and manage inventory levels as needed. 3. Team Collaboration: * Work closely with F&B to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service. * Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas for special events or functions. * Support other team members and provide assistance as needed to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications:  * Experience: * Previous experience in food and beverage service, hospitality, or a related field preferred. * Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation techniques.
