Job Details Job Location: Killington, VT Position Type: Full-Time Seasonal Salary Range: Undisclosed Job Category: Lodging Description Compensation and Benefits: Compensation: Starting wage $20.90 - $21.74, adjusted based on experience Benefits: Seasonal position eligible for a season pass for employee/dependents and privileges at several other resorts. Several discount programs (i.e. food & beverage, retail/rental, tickets, etc.) also available. Potential for year round, benefited employment after end of season Job Summary To provide support to the Lodging Department in an administrative and team support role. The position does require a high level of communication, data entry skills, organization, and administrative duties. In a team support role, the individual will be cross trained in multiple roles including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, spa and café and will provide support during peak times or limited coverage. Summary of Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: The coordinator will be part of the Lodging Executive Committee and will attend the LEC meetings and departmental meetings and develop meeting notes and follow-ups. Administer communication flow through the lodging department with extensive use of Microsoft Outlook scheduling, teams, and project tracking. Monitor and record required OSHA safety attendance records for the Hospitality Department (rooms division and food and Beverage) and submit monthly. Develop and maintain a database of Lodging SDS sheets, JHA library, and monthly safety reporting, including site facility walkthroughs. Be an active member of the Safety Committee. Monitor guest feedback and assist in compiling reports for the Lodging Executive Committee. Develop and maintain a database of contractor contracts, certificate of insurance, vehicles and follow up with the department heads with expiration dates. Ensure the availability of office supplies and assist departments with rental equipment supplies (copiers, radios, etc.) Create, process and monitor purchase orders and invoices for the maintenance department and employee housing and other departments as needed. Assist the maintenance department in facilitating and monitoring work orders. Maintain accurate data of the service charge program and distribute it weekly to the payroll department. Assist Employee Housing in checkouts and monitoring application intake and potential tenant communication, lease creation and organization of the rental management program Work closely with the Employee Housing Team to monitor room inventory in employee housing and provide data to the management team Work closely with the Resident Managers in following up on work orders with the resort maintenance team Provide regular coverage to the Owner Services department in responding to owners’ emails and calls, booking of owner lodging, creating and issuing of owner cards and assisting Owner Services Lead in coordinating the owner board meetings Assist the front desk in dispatching, check in/out as needed Team support in housekeeping, health club, café and bell/valet as needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications Basic Qualifications Basic education (high school), plus four to five years of relevant work experience and/or trades training, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired Be able to lift/push up to lift a minimum of 25 lbs Valid driver license and clean record Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Professional and strong ability to multitask.
