This Opportunity Seeking a full-time LOGCAP - Air Transportation Supervisor in Marshall Islands. Join our team and grow with us as we provide best in-class services that help clients solve their most complex challenges.   Your Impact  Responsible for all the safe and correct operation for their assigned shift. *  Facilitate safe loading and unloading of cargo and baggage on and off government owned or contracted aircraft, surface conveyances, and commercial pallet dollies IAW AMCI 24-101, Volume 11 and other applicable instructions. * Coordinate employee training that are assigned to their shift. * Periodically evaluate employees performance based on established criteria. * Track and document training in the employee training records. * Decertify all employees that fail evaluations and facilitate refresher training. * Monitor proper validation, selection, staging and upload aircraft loads utilizing the load plan. * Verify the proper section to facilitate onward movement of cargo/mail. * Enforce proper procedures on build-up / break-down baggage pallets, multi-pallet trains, loose cargo, and mixed pallets. * Monitor Offload / Upload baggage from AMC rotator missions and baggage trucks. * Review shift workforce training for GATES / GDSS systems as required. * Enforce safety program. * Monitor all Cargo Processing, Special Handling, and Load Planning functions to ensure compliance with AMCI 24-101, Volumes 6, 9, and 11, DTR 4500-9 Parts 2 and 3, and AFJMAN 24-204 and other applicable instructions. * Compile and provide to management accurate data for all required Performance Work Statement (PWS) reports. * Verify terminal and joint inventories of special handling cargo procedures are properly done. * Ensure cargo is processed within six (6) hours of receipt or release from frustrated status. * Schedule timely pick-up / release of cargo and mail. * Monitor GATES reports to ensure data base integrity.  * Test manual procedures and ensure employees are properly trained on manual procedures. * Ensure surface conveyances are safely and properly loaded. * Ensure maximum aircraft utilization based upon available airlift and existing port backlogs. * Ensure on-time aircraft departures. * Implement the Theater Express program. * Ensure all VGAS controlled areas are clean and neat in appearance. * Monitor vehicle parking to ensure employees comply with the published parking plan. * Develop work schedules and submits to the Air Freight manager * Accomplish a daily attendance report and forwards to the LOGCAP Site Manager. * Oversee the safe and correct operation of K-loaders, forklifts, buses, tugs, vans or other required vehicles, ensure daily inspection utilizing check lists and AFTO forms and ensure vehicles in need of repair or service are properly turned in to maintenance. * Assign Wing-Walker duties and performs when necessary. * Perform supplemental duties in Aircraft Services or other work centers as required by the LOGCAP Site Manager. * Uses all equipment safely * Performs other duties as required  Who You Are Required Qualifications   * Must have computer skills and be able to operate a variety of computer programs. * Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently * Must maintain a valid driver’s license from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment date * Must maintain a valid passport from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment date.  Passport must have a minimum of 6 blank pages prior to OCONUS mobilization.  * Must satisfy the USARPAC Force Health Protection Guidance medical requirements for INDOPACOM prior to OCONUS mobilization, must be able to maintain a Medically Qualified (MQ) rating on an annual basis.  * Must be CAC eligible and able to gain and maintain authorized entry onto US military installations. * To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
