This Opportunity Currently looking for qualified local national (RMI) candidates to fill Operations Specialist positions in the Marshall Islands (Kwajalein) to support the US Army on the LOGCAP V project.  Perform all tasks associated with the safe and correct operation of the PMO/OSO as directed by management, regulations, policies, Instructions, and the Performance Work Statement.  Your Impact * The Operations Specialist (RMI) is responsible for coordinating and supervising the day-to-day operations within the PMO office. * Works in close coordination with the Prime Contractor’s Ops support staff, Senior LBS leadership, functional managers, line supervisors and all applicable external agencies to create a continuous flow of information and 100% staff accountability regarding past and ongoing PWS activities for the LCV Kwajalein program. * Responsible for assisting in planning, developing, directing, preparing, and maintaining reports (i.e., SITREPs, PERSTATs, CDRLs, etc.), and coordinating logistical and administrative support for multiple, simultaneous, program level activities. * Monitors LCV Kwajalein program compliance with the PWS, SOWs, collects, and analyzes PWD data, such as performance metrics and dashboards. * Interacts with the Prime Contractor, and other departments, both over the telephone and in person, in a professional and tactful manner. * Maintains and controls files for applicable correspondence, policies/procedures, reports, directives, and bulletins. * Tracks and maintains information with Department Managers to ensure all daily, weekly, monthly slides, spreadsheets, and reports are maintained and produced in a timely manner while focusing on quality. * Perform all tasks associated with the safe and correct operation of the PMO/OSO as directed by management, regulations, policies, Instructions, and the Performance Work Statement. * Performs other duties as required. Who You Are Required Qualifications * Requires intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel). * Intermediate typing skills and ability to use various data processing tools. * Prior LOGCAP Operations experience preferred. * Ability to multi-task and stay focused at high levels of productivity. * Ability to provide excellent customer service, while meeting strict deadlines. * Ability to interact effectively as a member of a team and work collaboratively with staff and strategic partners. * Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. * Excellent time management and organization skills. * Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail. * Ability to adapt to changing work situations and procedures. * Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. * Ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods; use hand(s) to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. * Ability to work on desktop or laptop computer for extended periods of time reading, reviewing/analyzing information, and providing recommendations, summaries and/or reports in written format. * Must have computer skills and be able to operate a variety of computer programs. * Must be detail oriented, motivated and drive to perform at a high level. * Must be able to comprehend English to include reading and writing. * Must maintain a valid driver’s license (as required).
