QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of UAE experience in façade design and aluminum/glass systems.
• Proficiency in LogiKal (mandatory) and strong expertise in AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall, glazing, ACP cladding, and aluminum systems.
• Familiarity with UAE façade market practices, suppliers, and fabrication/installation methods.
• Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver precise, high-quality designs within tight project deadlines.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Façade Designer with proven expertise in LogiKal software and façade system detailing for UAE projects. This role involves producing accurate shop drawings, fabrication details, and material take-offs for aluminum, glazing, and curtain wall systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective façade solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop detailed façade designs, shop drawings and fabrication drawings using LogiKal and AutoCAD.
• Prepare cutting lists, optimization reports, and material take-offs aligned with project requirements.
• Design and detail façade systems including curtain wall, unitized systems, aluminum doors/windows, ACP cladding, skylights, and glazing systems.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and main contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with UAE codes and standards.
• Review technical specifications, conduct structural assessments, and ensure design feasibility.
• Provide technical design support to estimation, procurement, production, and installation teams.
• Stay updated with UAE façade industry trends, materials, and fabrication practices.
