QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Good communicator with ability to gain commitment from plants and central inventory team

  • Knowledge of factory and DC distribution networks
  • Advanced analytical, planning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Inquisitive nature that enjoys problem-solving and identifying business improvements.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast moving, demanding environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various levels of business users, IT department, and vendors to resolve business and system issues in timely manner.
  • Ability and willingness to grow and develop beyond current position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Preferred experience with SAP or similar ERP
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office, SQL Queries, & Excel
  • Able to work independently and cooperatively in fast paced environment
Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Establish governance & regular cadence of review and communication with Kerry 3PL’s
  • Function as the execution owner for the book to book accuracy for the 3PL’s
  • Establish root cause of issues
  • Execute standard process for day to day inventory control
  • Share best practice and lessons learned between team members

As the Inventory Planner - Inventory Dept. you will:

  • Review and maintain for inventory discrepancies
  • Execute IDOC error reporting and root cause analysis for our integrated warehouses
  • Report consolidated Kerry KPIs and metrics
  • Execute FEFO analysis tool and report root cause for variances
  • Follow procedures and corrections for system inbound variances and past due receipt maintenance
  • Any other tasks or projects may be assigned by the position’s direct manager in support of the plants, logistics, and transportation department.
  • Participate in inventory control team meetings.
  • Perform all responsibilities safely.
