• Prepare invoices and shipping documents to overseas customers.
• Coordinate, monitor and follow up with shippers/consignees/forwarders.
• Verify shipment details upon receipt.
• Liase with H-companies & distributors. Warehousing
• Coordinates with freight forwarders and vendor warehouse.
• Coordinates transportations between warehouse and site installation team.
• Upkeep records of warehouse storage and movement.
• Performs other related duties as directed.
• Coordination with vendor warehouse and freight forwarders.
• ITE/Diploma with Forklift license
