This is your unique opportunity to join our global logistics team as we are currently looking for a Logistics Consultant with a focus on Manufacturing Logistics We Offer An exciting, high-impact role at the heart of our global logistics organization. You’ll join a center of excellence focused on continuous improvement, lean thinking, and cross-functional collaboration—working closely with factory logistics teams, procurement schedulers, planners, and our inbound control tower to drive real change across our European factory network. The role is based in Fertőd, Hungary, near our production site, and involves around 30–40 days of travel per year across Europe and the US. What You’ll Do Optimize transport flows for components and raw materials, balancing cost and inventory while finding smarter ways to fill trucks. Standardize packaging and load carriers to improve security, cost-efficiency, and sustainability. Partner with planners, procurement, and our inbound control tower to boost shipment planning and trailer utilization. Map and improve processes through workshops and stakeholder engagement. Turn logistics data into actionable insights using SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and Power BI. Lead improvement projects across the logistics network, applying lean tools to cut waste and optimize flows. Explore new digital tools and smarter packaging solutions to further enhance performance. Facilitate workshops to strengthen logistics competencies across teams. What We’re Looking For Master’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, or related field. Experience in manufacturing logistics, transport optimization, and lean methods. Strong analytical and data skills, with hands-on experience in SAP ERP, Ariba, and Power BI. A background in factory and warehouse operations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English (other languages a plus). A proactive, self-driven team player who thrives in a matrix setup and is willing to travel 30–40 days per year.
