We also have a worldwide network of manufacturing plants, warehouses and offices. We have approximately 40 colleagues in the Netherlands and about 3000 colleagues worldwide. In this role, you will be responsible for managing logistics, from and for our customers. By proactively identifying issues and building relationships, the aim is to ensure that all logistical operations run smoothly. Responsibilities Tasks Manage order preparation, registration and communication. Preparation of transport documentation (CMR, COC, BL instructions, ...) Creating deliveries. Creating picking lists for the warehouse. Checking and monitoring product allocation, secure the availability of goods. Checking loading agreements made with transporters. Coordinating customer deliveries. Anticipating problems with orders. Coordinating delivery from a local stock. Preparation of documentation for European and CIS countries. Managing and creating official documentation (CoO, EUR1, HC,...) compliant with market access regulation. Working and processing orders under a Letter of Credit. Preparing and printing labels. Support for sending shipping documentation (road and sea). Validating and sending invoices to customers. Maintaining internal and external contacts and relationships with: agents, distributors and customers sales manager finance and credit management transport companies the warehouse Qualifications Hard Skills Good understanding of transport and warehouse characteristics. Customs management (import, export). Document preparation ease. Understanding supply chain issues. Microsoft Office & ERP skills – SAP. Soft Skills Demonstrate continuous improvement and excellent customer service. Stakeholder management skills. Communication and decision-making skills. Anticipation, showing own initiative and organizational skills, reactivity, rigor and organization, especially in front of transport issues. Analytical, creative and problem-solving skills. Process insight. Time management skills: the ability to perform under pressure with a focus on quality. Teamwork. Education MBO Diploma is required (Sales Administration / International trade). Languages: Dutch and English in writing and speaking, knowledge of German language is a plus. ERP package: SAP. Professional use of Microsoft office package.
