We have built up the ocean and air transport network from China to the world and introduced a series of innovative product offerings such as the First-class FCL, First-class LCL, First-class Air Freight, realizing online quotation, online order, online logistics tracking and other abundant functions, to build a more efficient and intelligent cross-border supply chain logistics.
Our office is based in Los Angeles, CA though due to COVID restrictions we are conducting working from home policy.

REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Proactive and positive attitude
· Solid knowledge of import and export
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent customer service and client relations skills
· Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to use computers, software, and other technology for inventory and communication purposes
· Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
· Have a passion for logistics and a desire to grow with our fantastic team
· Freight forwarding experience preferred
· Proficient in English and Mandarin is required

Work Location: In perso

Keep outbound team updated about LTL & FTL pickup timeline, maintain all pickups on time, monitor LTL & FTL status after pickup, handle any delay/cancellation /other issues when doing delivery and keep customer updated, make sure customers satisfied
Track delivery progress and provide daily follow-up on different orders, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the process.
Communicate with truck suppliers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any logistical issues that may arise. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns regarding delivery status, providing updates and resolutions as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize delivery processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Continuously monitor delivery performance and identify areas for improvement to streamline operations.
Deal with trucking companies & brokers for extra/additional fees, confirm adjusted bills and clarify the reasons of extra/additional fees and void them for future shipments
