We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics cum Admin Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day logistics operations and provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior experience in logistics and administrative roles.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of international shipping and customs procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and track shipments (import/export) from suppliers to customers.
  • Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and warehouse teams.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and delivery records.
  • Prepare and process shipping and customs documentation.
  • Support daily office administration, including filing, data entry, and document control.
  • Handle customer service inquiries related to orders and delivery.
  • Assist in doing quotation and supplier coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with logistics and import regulations.
  • Tracking and fixing shipping errors.
  • Preparing bills and invoices.
