JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Logistic Engineer with a solid background in construction site logistics, equipment coordination, and store management. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth logistical operations across various construction sites and work closely with project managers, procurement teams, and storekeepers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in construction logistics, with strong knowledge of site operations, equipment, and store management.
  • Familiarity with construction site requirements, tools, and heavy machinery.
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and inventory management software.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • UAE driving license is a plus.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage the logistics of materials, tools, and heavy equipment across all construction sites.
  • Oversee and coordinate site stores, ensuring timely supply and proper inventory management.
  • Monitor and manage equipment movement, utilization, and maintenance records.
  • Develop and maintain logistics schedules aligned with project timelines.
  • Liaise with project/site engineers and procurement to forecast and fulfill material and equipment needs.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, company procedures, and HSE standards.
  • Optimize logistics routes and methods to reduce cost and delivery times.
  • Handle logistics for site mobilization and demobilization (including camp facilities, vehicles, and stores).
  • Track inventory, issue reports, and identify gaps or excesses in stock or equipment.
  • Manage supplier coordination and delivery schedules for site-related requirements.
