Coordinate end-to-end import shipments from international suppliers to the UAE warehouse.
Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transport providers to ensure timely shipment execution.
Prepare, verify, and maintain import documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and other shipping documents.
Coordinate customs clearance and ensure compliance with HFZA regulations and UAE import requirements.
Track shipments, monitor transit times, and proactively resolve shipment delays or documentation issues.
Coordinate with warehouse teams for inbound planning, container unloading, and inventory receipt.
Maintain accurate shipment records, import costs, and logistics documentation.
Coordinate with the Finance team regarding freight invoices, customs charges, and landed cost documentation.
Work closely with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely product availability.
Monitor freight costs and recommend cost-saving opportunities without compromising service levels.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, international shipping regulations, and trade requirements.
Handle insurance claims, damaged shipments, and discrepancies with suppliers or logistics partners.
Prepare logistics reports, shipment status updates, and KPI reports for management.
Support inventory planning by providing accurate ETA updates and shipment schedules.
