Job Description Reporting to the Senior Manager, Logistics, we are looking for a Executive, Logistics Key Responsibilities Export Logistics Management Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics arrangements for export sales orders. Source and evaluate quotations from freight forwarders; negotiate to achieve cost-effective transportation solutions. Liaise with forwarders to obtain sailing schedules and coordinate trucking, container stuffing, and fumigation. Apply for tax rebate certificates and certificates of origin for export shipments. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of full sets of export shipping documents. Work closely with the Supply Chain team to confirm stock readiness for export. Monitor factories to ensure timely goods handling and accurate documentation submission. Documentation & Reporting Generate delivery orders for Finance to facilitate timely invoice processing. Monitor and reconcile warehouse stock movement to support inventory accuracy and cost control. Maintain and strengthen relationships with logistics service providers, factories, and other parties. Ensure all logistics operations comply with local and international regulations and safety standards. Preparing complete full set shipping documents for export sales customer Cross-Functional Collaboration Provide logistics support and coordination to cross-functional teams including Sales, Production, Supply Chain, and Finance. Identify opportunities for process improvement and support the implementation of logistics best practices. Assist in resolving logistics-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Any other ad hoc duties. Qualifications Minimum 'O' level. Experience in export shipping documentation will be preferred.
