Lead, supervise, and guide warehouse team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Allocate tasks, coordinate workloads, and ensure the effective utilization of manpower and resources.
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement measures to achieve operational targets.
Ensure the quality and condition of incoming and outgoing goods meet company standards.
Supervise loading and offloading activities to prevent product damage, discrepancies, and trade returns.
Ensure all delivery invoices are returned to the warehouse on the same day, duly signed by customers as proof of delivery.
