Job Description: This position need to report to Logistics Manager. Prepare document related to clearance shipment. Post Customs Audit data entry 3. VSB (Auto line System) data entry. Follow up status of inbound and outbound shipment. Contact supplier and forwarder for proper arrangement inbound and outbound shipment. Booking Flight/container/space for EXW shipment. Inbound and Outbound Report. Prepare Vignette and Tax paper pass to warehouse team for dispatch. Other task assign by Logistics Manage. The main task of this position to ensure all material / service / on plan to serve production and customer. Handle Import & Export Shipment for Daily & Monthly. Job Requirement: This position need to work across of business/ department/function are require for travel. Teamwork Bachelors Degree knowledge of the Supply Chain Leader ship Solve Complex coding issue Systematic Thinking

Responsibilities

Manage daily and monthly import and export shipments, including customs clearance and documentation. Coordinate with suppliers and forwarders to ensure materials and services are delivered on plan for production and customers.
