About the role Job Summary Responsible for coordinating and monitoring inbound shipments of materials, components, and equipment to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery to Sulzer facilities. The role supports procurement, production, and project execution by ensuring inbound logistics activities are executed in compliance with Sulzer policies, local regulations, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor inbound shipments (local and international) from suppliers and vendors Prepare, review, and control inbound shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, and certificates Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs brokers to ensure smooth inbound clearance and delivery Track inbound shipments and proactively follow up on delays to minimize impact on operations and projects Ensure accurate and timely updating of inbound logistics data in SAP or approved Sulzer systems Support procurement and warehouse teams with delivery planning, material receipt, and discrepancy resolution Ensure inbound logistics activities comply with Sulzer Supply Chain Directive and local customs regulations Control inbound freight costs and support cost optimization initiatives Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. 1 to 3 years of experience in inbound logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations. Languages: Arabic & English. Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred). Basic understanding of Incoterms and international shipping. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inbound shipments. What we offer you Annual vacation of 21 working days.
