QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• at least 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or related areas.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Coordinate and monitor logistics operations including inbound and outbound shipments.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transport companies, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics flow.
• Track and update shipment statuses, resolve delivery issues, and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records in the system.
• Assist in optimizing delivery routes and freight costs.
• Support the Manager in daily operations and reporting.
