• Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the building, including common facilities and shared amenities.
• Oversee the functionality and upkeep of carpark systems and related equipment.
• Maintain and update building operation manuals, standard procedures, and documentation.
• Serve as the key liaison between building occupants and Facilities Management, ensuring clear communication on outages, construction works, and operational updates.
• Participate in the coordination and execution of fire drills and emergency preparedness activities, in collaboration with the management office or HSE personnel.
• Manage vehicle entry/exit at the building entrance, ensuring orderly flow of industrial traffic.
• Resolve parking disputes, illegal parking, and obstruction issues promptly.
• Act as first point-of-contact for on-ground operational issues at the entrance/carpark.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, contractor activities, and inspection reports.
• Report maintenance, safety, or operational concerns to building/facility management.
