Supporting TM Operation Oversee On-Time delivery vs. RDD & Appt (CSR, Track & Tracing) KPI Management and reporting (KPI related with Transportation) Monitor and manage shipment tracking, In-transit information verify, Customer appointment management monthly to Customer. Qualifications Teamwork valuing quality service, integrity, and accountability A professional individual who can build strong relationships with all levels of colleagues Relevant Logistics Industry Knowledge Self-motivated, diligent, and hardworking Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong focus on the customer and carriers Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Responsibilities
The Logistic OTR Staff will communicate and resolve major and minor operational issues while supporting TM operations. They will oversee on-time delivery and manage shipment tracking and customer appointments.
