Coordinate and manage all logistics activities for offshore and onshore project sites.
Plan, arrange and monitor the movement of materials, equipment and supplies by road, sea and other transportation modes.
Prepare loading and offloading plans for materials and equipment, ensuring safe load distribution, transportation feasibility and compliance with project and HSE requirements.
Coordinate vessel schedules, transportation, lifting operations, loading/offloading activities and site logistics requirements.
Perform the role of Area Authority for logistics operations, ensuring work areas are prepared, authorized and maintained in compliance with company procedures, PTW requirements and HSE standards.
Track and expedite material deliveries to ensure timely availability at project sites.
Liaise with project teams, vendors, contractors, transport providers, warehouse personnel and offshore teams to ensure seamless logistics support.
Maintain accurate logistics records, cargo manifests, inventories and transportation reports.
Resolve logistics related issues promptly and provide regular progress updates to project management and department management.
Support warehouse operations, material coordination, inventory control and equipment tracking.
Prepare logistics reports, KPI updates and operational summaries to support project execution.
Ensure uninterrupted logistics support to meet project schedules, operational objectives and client requirements
