Danone Global Research & Innovation Center for Specialized Nutrition, located in the Utrecht Science Park in the Netherlands is a state of the art Life Science innovation center for the development of new product concepts for Specialized Nutrition. We create formulas that provide clinically substantiated health benefits to vulnerable consumers – infants, toddlers, elderly and patients.
For the Site Facilities Team we are looking for Logistic Coordinator to join the team.
As a Logistics & Shipment Coordinator, you play both an organizational and operational role within an expedition and laboratory environment. You are responsible for receiving and processing incoming goods, organizing the warehouse and other logistics-managed areas, waste management, and administrative tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MBO-level education in logistics and/or laboratory-related fields
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Vaccination against Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, and DTP (Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis) is required.
  • A forklift certification is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Receiving and processing incoming goods
  • Distributing processed goods
  • Inventory and warehouse management
  • Waste management
  • Archive management
  • Preparing and shipping goods (domestic and international)
  • Handling emails and phone communication with suppliers
  • Administrative support and invoice processing
    This logistics role is service-oriented, and part of the facility team. You ensure that laboratories are continuously supplied with necessary items such as materials, chemicals, waste handling, and clean clothing. This requires a high level of accuracy, reliability, and a proactive, hands-on attitude.
